software and devices that aim to improve the quality of life of people in an
environment , which are integrated into a system of interconnected and
complementary information . This innovation will help break down the barriers
between each .

technologies of information and communication (the union of computers and
communications ) unleashed an unprecedented explosion of ways to communicate
the beginning of the 90s From there , the Internet went from being an expert
tool community scientific to be a network user who modified the patterns of
social interaction.

TIC´s the characteristics?
- They are innovative and creative nature , since they have access to new forms of communication.
- Have Strengths and benefits in greater proportion to the educational area and making it more accessible and dynamic.
- Are considered issues of public and political debate , since its use implies a promising future.
- They relate
more frequently with the use of the Internet and information technology.
- They affect many areas of human science and sociology, organizational theory and management .
- In Latin America stand with its use in universities and institutions.
- They are great economic long term relief . Although over time gain a strong investment result.
- They are media and information gain of every variety , including scientific , to which people can access on their own , ie enhance distance education which is almost a necessity student to reach all information possible.

The Information Technology and Communication
are indisputable and are there , part of the technological culture that
surrounds us and with which we must live . Expand our physical and mental
abilities. And the chances of social development.
They contribute
to the emergence of new values , causing continuous transformations in our
economic , social and cultural structures.
The major
impact of TIC´s in all areas of our life becomes increasingly difficult for us
to act effectively discarding them.
TIC´s are
a great contribution and providing easy access to a wealth of information ,
fast and reliable process , channels immediate communication and interactivity
.
